This 2016 the community builder award has been given to Mrs. Sylvia Bruni. Her extended career helping youth and children in Laredo TX. have been very impressive. As the Executive director of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Laredo-Webb County, she is been helping kids establish their sense of security after traumatic events.
